My name is Marie Faraut, and I am a student in oceanography at the University of Quebec in Rimouski. This site serves as a professional showcase to present my academic background, my research projects, and my experiences in the field of marine sciences.
Discovering Mary
I am currently in my final year of studies in oceanography, with a deep passion for the study of oceans and marine life. Always fascinated by the mysteries of the sea, I chose this field to contribute to the understanding and preservation of our marine ecosystems .
I am looking for a PhD in marine sciences that focuses on the study of anthropogenic impact on marine ecosystems and organisms. My goal is to contribute to the understanding of these effects in order to develop solutions for the conservation of marine biodiversity.
Who is Mary?
I am a passionate oceanography student with a deep love for exploration and discovery. I enjoy diving, which allows me to explore underwater wonders and better understand marine ecosystems. Traveling is another great passion of mine; discovering new cultures, landscapes, and meeting people from all over the world enriches my perspective and fuels my curiosity. Outside of my studies and travel, I am a sports enthusiast, which helps me maintain a healthy and active balance in my daily life.
It has always been my dream to visit the Seven Wonders of the World. So far, I have been fortunate enough to visit four of them, each offering unique and memorable experiences. The quest to visit all the wonders of the world drives me to continue traveling, learning, and appreciating the beauty and diversity of our planet.
