Marie Faraut
Oceanographer
My academic and professional career has given me the opportunity to travel and live around the world. These experiences have allowed me to discover diverse cultures, landscapes and populations. Passionate about the marine environment, I have explored tropical, temperate and cold environments, which has enriched my knowledge in these areas.
At the same time, I developed a passion for scuba diving, reaching level 2 (40 meters accompanied and 20 meters autonomous) with 50 dives under my belt. I also hold a boat license, allowing me to navigate up to 4 miles from a shore.
